R&B singer whose rendition of the song by Prince I Feel for You was an instant hit. I Feel for You from Rufus, which she also fronts is well-respected. Khan is also the frontwoman of Rufus. Khan was raised as the daughter of a Catholic. She attended the Hyde Park Saint Thomas the Apostle Church elementary school. Her love of music to her grandmother who first introduced jazz to her when she was a young girl.
